-3 a Pepsi at lunch
+5 played a hockey game
+1 side of stir fry vegetables with dinner
+1 banana at work
-2 two beers after hockey

Day two Tuesday Feb 4

Weighed in at the gym at 174lbs gonna shoot for 165lbs on this run thru and hold on to that number.

Points:
+3 smoothie
+1 banana
+3 gym work out
+1 vegetable side at dinner
-2 blue light after dinner

Notes:
have to work on easing into this I am to hungry each day. Slow stay reductions with a cheat a day should be progress for week one.

One more try at this.

After a struggle and a nice vacation time to try and break the old habits again.

Today's points
+1 fruit smoothie (strawberries,blackberries, blueberries, raspberries)
-2 carrot cake
+1 mid sized banana mid afternoon
+5 hockey game
-1 meatloaf and Garvey
-1 side Mac and cheese
+1 side of broccoli

Grand Total: +4

Notes:
Have to try and focus on avoiding the bad habit of grabbing food whenever it's available.
Candy, soda and fatty/salty foods like chips and pizza and of course fast food need to be avoided .tomorrow I will way my self and see how much I can drop by the next vacation at the end on the month
