Day two Tuesday Feb 4

Weighed in at the gym at 174lbs gonna shoot for 165lbs on this run thru and hold on to that number.

Points:
+3 smoothie
+1 banana
+3 gym work out
+1 vegetable side at dinner
-2 blue light after dinner

Grand total: + 6

Notes:
have to work on easing into this I am to hungry each day. Slow stay reductions with a cheat a day should be progress for week one.
